ORGANISATION OF EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY

The organisation and implementation of mobility programmes in which the University of Novi Sad participates, is a coordinated work and responsibility of the central International Relations Office, the international offices and officers at the faculty level, the nominated administrative and academic coordinators for Erasmus+, and the ESN buddy network.

The division of tasks and responsibilities of coordination with regards to academic mobility at UNS is done in the following way:

International Relations Office at central level:
Main coordination of all activities related to mobility programmes.
International Relations Officers at faculty level / Administrative coordinators:
Coordination of administrative tasks assigned to a particular faculty, assistance with enrolment, support with faculty-related mobility documents and issues.
Academic coordinators:
Academic decision-making with regards to mobility; assistance with learning agreements, academic advice, academic recognition.
Buddy network (ESN):
Working with the central IRO in providing practical help with accommodation, visa, and other related issues to incoming students and in the promotion of mobility programmes.

Brief and informative details for incoming students and staff are provided in an annually updated Erasmus+ International Student and Staff Mobility Factsheet created by the central International Relations Office and a regularly updated list of academic and administrative Erasmus+ coordinators.

IRO central office, with IRO officers at faculty level:
