The University of Novi Sad pays full attention within its activities to providing equal studying conditions for all and improving these conditions, as well as to developing support for students with disabilities. Students from vulnerable groups have at their disposal different support services, assistive technology and a customized working environment. The Central University Building has been completely adapted for people with disabilities and was built according to the standards of “universal design”. The University Info-Center has a wheelchair entrance ramp that enables unhindered access to persons with disabilities. All facilities in the interior of the University are fully architecturally accessible. There is an elevator in the Central University building that provides accessibility to all floors. On the ground floor of this building there is a toilet suited for people with disabilities. The Central University Library with a reading room on the ground floor is fully adapted and offers the following equipment: Braille printer, digital voice recorders with voice command for people with visual impairments and book digitalization equipment that allows users to read through their computer. The reading room is equipped with easily customizable desks for students with disabilities. The multimedia room on the second floor is equipped with an inductive loop designed for people with hearing impairments that allows them to hear enhanced sound through the hearing aid by reducing or turning off background sounds completely. In addition to the aforementioned equipment, students with disabilities can also use an electric magnifier and computer screen reader software. Furthermore, the Central Audio-Library project has been developed within the University Central Library.
The University of Novi Sad has an Information and Public Relations Center (University Info-Center) where students with disabilities can get information on study conditions and support services at faculties, affirmative measures during the study period, architectural accessibility of each faculty, scholarships, student exchange opportunities, internships and employment opportunities. In addition, the Center provides counselling services. It also works continuously on the development and improvement of study conditions for students with disabilities, as well as on networking of all relevant actors in the support service system. In this way, besides providing informative and counselling content, the University Info-Center in cooperation with partner institutions and organizations, mediates in exercising the rights of the students with disabilities during their enrollment at faculties, exploring scholarship opportunities, providing personal assistance, finding a customized form of literature and a customized way of taking exams and pre-exams, translating lectures into gestures, providing psycho-social support services, etc. The Center is also focused on influencing the motivation of high school students with disabilities to enroll the faculties through media appearances, as well as to raising the public awareness in Serbia about the importance of education and improvement of the position of persons with disabilities in the society. The Info-Center facilities are architecturally adapted for people with disabilities. With regards to the available assistive technology, the Info-Center offers students with disabilities an electronic magnifier and computer screen reader software. Furthermore, the Center offers students information on the distribution of other assistive technology and equipment intended for students with disabilities available at the University and its faculties.

FACULTY OF PHILOSOPHY IN NOVI SAD
In order to achieve equal conditions for studying for all, the Faculty of Philosophy installed the ramps at the entrances to the Faculty building. In the ground floor of the Faculty, there are ramps for access to the sanitary node and the cinema hall. There are three elevators that allow people with disabilities access to the main floors where all classrooms and reading rooms are located. A total of four toilets for people with disabilities have been adapted at Faculty premises. Toilets are located on the ground floor within the A and B lamellas of the Faculty building. Students with disabilities have at their disposal the Jaws software for students with visual impairment and the TTS software for students with hearing impairment. The Faculty acquired and installed an inductive loop for students with hearing impaired. The assistive software products and equipment are located in computer classroom 122 (first floor). The Faculty has a Student Support Center where students with disabilities can get counseling and psycho-social support during their studies.

FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE IN NOVI SAD
In order to achieve equal conditions for studying for all at the Faculty of Agriculture, the Faculty installed ramps at all entrances to its facilities. All three pavilions have elevators that provide accessibility to all floors except the fifth floor. In the ground floor of the Department of Field and Vegetable Crops Pavilion there is a toilet suitable for people with disabilities. On the second floor of the Department of Animal Science Pavilion there is an architecturally accessible library with a reading room. Screen reader software has been installed on a separate computer in the library.

In order to achieve equal conditions of study for all at the Faculty of Law, the Faculty has provided a sufficiently broad entrance to the building. The entrance to the Faculty building is at the level of the outer terrain so it is fully architecturally accessible. There are two elevators in the building that allow accessibility to the amphitheater and teaching offices. In the ground floor of the Faculty there is an architecturally accessible reading room.

In order to achieve the same conditions for studying for all at the Faculty of Technology, the Faculty set up the ramps at two entrances of the Faculty complex – at the main entrance and at the entrance of Petrohemija building. The elevators are installed in all three buildings of the Faculty complex (the old building, the new building and Petrohemija building). The ramp was also set up between the new and old building of the Faculty of Technology. In the basement of the new building of the Faculty there is an architecturally accessible reading room.

FACULTY OF ECONOMICS IN SUBOTICA
The Faculty of Economics in Subotica, with Faculty departments in Novi Sad and in Bujanovac, set up ramps at the entrances to the main faculty building, as well as into the buildings of all departments. The Faculty facilities are equipped with elevators that allow accessibility to the areas for student activites. Customized toilets for people with disabilities are available at the Faculty and its departments (located on the ground floor in the Faculty building in Subotica, on the first floor of the department in Novi Sad and on all floors of the department in Bujanovac). Reading rooms are also architecturally adapted for students with disabilities.

FACULTY OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES IN NOVI SAD
The Faculty of Technical Sciences set up the ramps at the entrances of all its objects in order to achieve the same conditions for studying for all. Elevators were installed in the teaching block and in the building of the Information Technology Center. The new building of the Department for Civil Engineering has been completely adapted for people with disabilities and was built according to the standards of Universal Design. The toilets are also adapted for people with disabilities. The Faculty of Technical Sciences has a modern laboratory for recording a sound literature (studying materials in audio format).
FACULTY OF MEDICINE IN NOVI SAD
The Faculty of Medicine is equipped with the ramp at the entrance to the Faculty building in order to achieve equal conditions for studying for all.
FACULTY OF SCIENCES IN NOVI SAD
In order to achieve equal conditions for studying for all at the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad, the Faculty set up ramps at all entrances of the Faculty building complex. All three Faculty buildings have elevators that provide accessibility to all floors.

In order to achieve equal conditions for studying for all, the Academy of Arts set up ramps at the entrances of four Faculty buildings in which teaching and extracurricular activities are realized.
