VISIT OF THE FIRST SECRETARY OF THE EMBASSY OF CHINA TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NOVI SAD

Ms. Shi Yi, the first secretary of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China visited the University of Novi Sad, November 22, 2018. The guest was welcomed by the Rector of the University Prof. Dr. Dejan Jakšić together with the Vice-Rector for Education Prof. Dr. Sanja Podunavac-Kuzmanović and the Vice-Rector for Science and Research Prof. Dr. Stevan Stankovski. The focus of the meeting was enhancement of cooperation between the University of Novi Sad and the institutions in China. The meeting was also attended by Prof. Dr. Bojan Lalić, Head of the University of Novi Sad Secretariat of China-CEEC Higher Education Institutions Consortium.

Following the meeting with the University authorities, Ms. Shi Yi also visited important institutions in the field of science and research in Novi Sad; among others, the BioSense Institute, the Faculty of Technical Sciences and the Business Incubator Novi Sad.

The visit was organized by the University of Novi Sad Secretariat of China-CEEC Higher Education Institutions Consortium.
