VISIT OF THE SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PRESIDENT OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION

A special representative of the President of Russian Federation for digital and technological development Mr. Dmitry Peskov visited the University of Novi Sad on November 27^th, 2018. The guest was welcomed by the Rector of the University of Novi Sad Prof. Dr. Dejan Jakšić. The meeting in the Rector's Office was also attended by Prof. Dr. Dejan Madić, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Prof. Dr. Stevan Stankovski, Vice-Rector for Science and Research, Prof. Dr. Rade Doroslovački, Dean of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, and Prof. Dr. Bojan Lalić, Advisor to the Minister for Innovation and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.

The meeting was focused on several topics regarding the enhancement of cooperation between the University of Novi Sad and the institutions in Russian Federation, especially in the field of innovation and IT. Following the meeting in the Rector's Office, Mr. Peskov also visited the BioSense Institute and the company Schneider Electric DMS NS.

During his official visit to Serbia November 25-27, 2018, Mr. Peskov participated in a series of meetings with the representatives of Serbian innovation community and universities.
